Journalist claims AC Milan in talks to sign Spurs target – Spurs Web
There has been a lot of speculation about the future of Hugo Lloris in recent months, with rumors suggesting as the captain of Tottenham, which should enter in the last 12 months of his contract, could be on his way back to Ligue 1 this summer.
Maignan is said to be one of the names on Tottenham’s radar as a potential successor to Lloris.
It was reported in March that two members of the coaching staff from Jose Mourinho to Nuno Santos and Joao Sacramento were pushing for the North Londoners to sign the goalkeeper after working with him during their stay at Lille.
It remains to be seen whether the 25-year-old would still be on the club’s radar now that Spurs have parted ways with Mourinho and his squad.
Di Marzio has now claimed Maignan could be on his way to San Siro, with Milan in negotiations with Lille for the goalkeeper.
He claims the two clubs, who have a good relationship due to the business they have done in the past, could agree on a fee of around € 12million (£ 10.4million) for Maignan.
